  So this is my creative act from yesterday that I forgot to blog about...whoops. I really really really love this song and I completely ruined it but meh. I completed the challenge for the day and in the end thats really all that matters. I suppose this song really actually means quite a lot to me. Their have been many times when I've helped people and they've helped me by that place. Yes that sounds stupid, but it's true. In just being there for someone you can end up becoming a safe place, a distraction, somewhere to turn when things fall apart.
 Well enough of the emotions and helping people talk...hope you enjoy this as much as i do...(which is not at all, seriously guys listen to my voice. Singing and coca cola don't mix...)

Day 02. Op Shop Styling.

  Day 02 and I've chosen something a little simpler. Pretty much this entire outfit is second hand. The cardigan belonged to my older sister and the dress is believe it or not...lingerie from the 60's that I found at the Oasis Op-Shop. Tights $10.00 from Glassons and the shoes were one of those "last pair, my size, on sale" type situations.
 My little sister Lydia took the pictures and I think my face ruins every one, but what do you expect when your taking shots with the sun shining in your face? I actually really like this outfit. It's cammel, it's warm, and it's fashionable without all those animal prints that the world wants you to believe is in...

Day 01. Decoupage Guitar.

  It's the frist day of my personal challenge so I decided to do the one thing I've always wanted too and decoupage my guitar. (cover it in tiny pieces of coloured paper.) It turned out pretty well but I feel like todays creative endevour was somehow beneath me. I feel like I could have done something better, but what? Maybe I'll figure it out tomorrow...maybe I won't, but so far this challenge is not too challenging.

  The whole thing took me about 6 hours. I find the process of shredding paper and covering it in sticky stuff really soothing so I was surprised to know how long it took. It was really easy and fun and I even let my 4 year old nephew help me out, and he did a pretty damn good job too.

  I think tomorrow will be fun. I'll be posting an outfit I created. One of those all from the op-shop kind of things. I just hope the weathers nice so I can get a descent picture of it...

Day 00.

   So it's the day before it all begins and...wait I'm getting ahead of myself. I suppose I should tell you whats going on with the random links all over this... Basicly I'm posting the songs that I'm listening to whilst i'm writting this. I think music is really important! and will hopefully add to your reading experience? I dunno...
 Anyway I've challenged myslef to do something creative every day for 30 days.

Yes I do think I have bit off more than I can chew. But I'm determined to make it work. For the next 30 days I will be sharing outfits, drawings, songs, paintings, poems and much much more. Why? because I need something to do... I'm sick of this creative dry spell and I'm sick of my parents pushing me. So i'm going to try and push myself this month.
 I hope you enjoy my art and I hope I can inspire you to do something too.
